Sacred Love for Couples

Course Details

Sacred Love is a course designed for couples who want to come closer together and enjoy more love and passion in their lives. It takes an approach to intimacy and sexuality that is based on self-acceptance, communication and deep relaxation.

Participants will learn energy, touch and communication exercises, tantric practices, healing rituals and meditations in an environment that is respectful, informative, fun and deeply transformative. They will be gently guided to be fully at home in their own body, connected in their hearts and therefore more in tune with their soul and spirit. They will learn to trust and enjoy their desire for intimate contact, to honor their personal boundaries, and to effectively communicate both.  As a couple, participants will receive guidance and support in taking new steps on their journey toward a "sacred" and fulfilling relationship, receiving new information and tools in order to transform lovemaking into an increasingly joyful experience. This course provides an understanding of sexuality as a sacred journey and a path of spiritual awakening.

Couples will:

• ... be accompanied gently to feel "at home" in their bodies; in connection with their hearts and thereby in the harmony with their souls and minds.
• ... learn to trust their wish for intimate contact and to enjoy it, to honor their personal boundries and to communicate both with their partners.
• ... gain an understanding for their fears, sense of shame, injuries, unconscience reactions or religious restrictions, which restrct their "natural" desires in their love life.
• ... receive as a couple guidance and support to undertake new steps, even jumps, on the way to a holy and fulfilling relationship.
• ... get information and tools, around the " lovemaking " to make it an extremely happy experience for both.
• ... get an understanding for the sexuality as a holy journey and as a way to a spiritual awakening.

Sacred Love is a practical education, as well as a ritual journey which begins in your heart, leads through your body and mind and leads you, in the end, to your soul.

The Training in Sacred Love for Couples

"The Sacred Loving workshops are first and foremost about reconnecting with your heart and the quality of pure, unobstructed love."

We are offering an ongoing meeting/training in the Sacred Loving Workshops for Pairs, a practice of intimacy and sexuality based on self-acceptance and deep relaxation. It will take place in four 3-day weekends over a two year period and be open to 10 pairs who have done a Sacred Loving Weekend with me before. It is meant as a way to deepen the work over time with the same group of couples so as to develop the safety and trust necessary for this kind of personal learning. It will be like learning, growing and celebrating within a circle of friends! 

 Each weekend will include:

•  Body and movement exercises for grounding and opening
• Self awareness and acceptance practices
• Exercises with loving touch, from massage, energy work and erotic play
• Communication exercises specifically for couples
• Dealing with hurt and forgiveness
• Dealing with pleasure and power - the balance and respect of male and female
• Dealing with individual stuck points in relationship, in love and in sex
  As in all Sacred Love workshops, there is never any pressure to do any exercise, but rather the invitation and the support to do what you want in a way that is just right for you and your partner.

Comment:
It is nessesary to have first done an initial weekend course in "Sacred Love for Couples" before you can join this training.
