Course Details
Yoga is an ancient knowledge dating back thousands of years, which deals comprehensively with the person. There are different ways of how yoga is lived and carried out in the "practice of life". This hour consists of body exercises (Asanas) accompanied with easy, deliberate breathing, partner exercises and joint mobilisation excercises. Props like blocks and belts are available to all participants who may not be that flexible (yet).
In contemporary everyday life a person often moves unilaterally and the body loses parts of its functionality. This hour supports the physical, as well as, the mental well-being and helps return a natural freedom of movement. Through different exercises the participant discovers thier body consciousness to be more sensitized. The regular practice of yoga helps to bring calmness, stimulates blood circulation and raises the vitality in everyday life. Your physical (muscular) boundries can be experienced and extended in a relaxed and humourous surrounding.
Individual help and support will be given to all participants.
