Biography of Alexa Lę
Alexa is a teacher/ advanced practitioner of bodywork at THE CENTER/ European Institute of Esalen Massage. She is also a instructor and co-director of the BodyArt® school, teaching body stability and movement courses in Germany and Switzerland. Alexa has an active massage und bodywork practice, in Zurich, where she gives sessions in Zen Shiatsu and advanced Esalen Massage.
